Coach Rollanson Aituari Odeh is the General Manager of Edo Queens FC, bringing decades of football expertise, leadership experience, and technical insight to the club’s administrative and sporting operations. A seasoned football tactician and respected coach, he has built a strong reputation within Nigerian football through years of managing, mentoring, and developing players across various levels of the game.
Before taking up the role of General Manager, Coach Odeh enjoyed a distinguished and impactful coaching career. He led the Super Falcons between 2007 and 2009, during which he guided the team to the All African Games in Algeria, further solidifying Nigeria’s dominance in women’s football on the continent.
His developmental influence extended to the youth ranks, where he coached the Falconets in 2004 and 2006, taking the team to the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup and also leading them to the 2008 Olympic Games. Through these roles, he played a pivotal part in shaping some of Nigeria’s brightest female football talents, many of whom progressed to the senior national team.
At Edo Queens FC, Mr Rollanson oversees the club’s holistic development — from player welfare and technical operations to long-term strategy, staff coordination, and team performance. His coaching background provides him with a rare blend of technical knowledge and administrative competence, enabling him to bridge on-field realities with effective management decisions.
His vision is centered on building a solid, competitive women’s football structure that empowers female athletes, raises the club’s professional standards, and positions Edo Queens FC as a dominant force in the Nigeria Women Football League.
